Not So Plain Edamame

Edamame is great with just salt, but this adds a little something. Don’t knock it til you try it.


    • 1 package edamame
    • salt & pepper to taste
    • drizzle of wasabi or sesame oil
    • toasted sesame seeds (regular and black work well)


      1. Cook edamame as normal.
      2. Dump cooked edamame in a bowl. Drizzle in your oil of choice, sprinkle on salt and pepper and sesame seeds.
      3. Mix.
      4. Eat.
