Well, there are plenty foods on their menus at least, like soups and salads, that are at least more appealing yet healthier than fast food equivalents, plus you can always ask a chef to change how he cooks to suit your needs and desires.

not surprising as they use so much butter, oils, ets in their foods. i still would much rather have a meal from either of these chefs than anything from a fast food restaurant!
