Sundried Tomato Tapande

Quick. Easy. Delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sundried tomatoes (preferably in olive oil)
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • handful of kalamata olives
  • drizzle of olive oil for consistency
  • salt and pepper
  • crackers

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients until somewhere between chunky and smooth. Taste occasionally to get it just right.
  2. Serve with crackers, breadsticks, veggies, you name it.
