Sundried Tomato Tapenade
Quick. Easy. Delicious.
- 1 cup sundried tomatoes (preferably in olive oil)
- 3 cloves of garlic
- handful of kalamata olives
- drizzle of olive oil for consistency
- salt and pepper
- Blend all ingredients until somewhere between chunky and smooth. Taste occasionally to get it just right.
- Serve with crackers, breadsticks, veggies, you name it.
